This policy explains how TC Data Consultants ("we", "us", "our"), trading as SportsEdgePro, handles personal data on sportsedgepro.co.uk — our public marketing site and blog.

1. Scope

This policy covers only the website at sportsedgepro.co.uk. Our product platforms — the Greyhound, Horse Racing and Tennis services on their own subdomains — involve accounts, subscriptions and payments, and each is governed by its own privacy policy, available in the footer of that platform. The developer Data API is covered by the Greyhound platform's policy.

2. Who we are

TC Data Consultants, trading as SportsEdgePro, is the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law. We are based in England, United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@sportsedgepro.co.uk.

3. What this site collects

This site has no login, no forms and no shopping cart. We do not ask you for any personal information to browse it. The limited data involved is:

• Analytics — we self-host a privacy-friendly analytics tool at analytics.sportsedgepro.co.uk. It records aggregate page views, referring sites, approximate country and device type. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not store data that identifies you individually.
• Server logs — our host records standard technical request logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a short period and then deleted.

We do not run advertising trackers, social media pixels or fingerprinting scripts on this site.

4. How we use it

• To understand which articles and pages are useful, and to improve them.
• To keep the site available and protect it from abuse.

We do not sell data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

5. Legal basis

We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and improving a public website and keeping it secure. Because the analytics are aggregate and cookieless, and the logs are transient and used only for security, this processing has a minimal impact on your privacy.

6. Third parties

• Hetzner — cloud hosting, based in the EU. Serves this site and stores the server logs.
• Google Fonts — web fonts are loaded from Google's CDN, which means your browser's request (including its IP address) reaches Google when a page loads.

7. Links to other sites

Articles and pages here link to our product platforms and to external sites (for example Betfair or reference sources). Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. Because this site does not hold information that identifies you individually, there is usually nothing for us to retrieve — but if you believe we hold data about you, contact info@sportsedgepro.co.uk and we will help. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
